Chase data missing

Virtually all my data for my Chase Bonvoy card is missing. All that is shown is one reconciled transaction dated 4/15/22. I think I saw a message from Quicken in the last few weeks that warned that there would be changes for downloading Chase data. Has this been implemented? What do I have to do to recover my data?

Thanks,
Bob

Are you sure that Quicken didn't create a new account in Q and that the original account isn't still in Quicken?

Q? What's that? I checked hidden accounts and it is not hidden.

Q = Quicken, I didn't feel like typing it out completely.

I closed and then reopened Quicken, and all the missing transactions appeared. Case closed, but I am still puzzled as to why it happened in the first place.

Maybe you had a filter set at the top of the register to only show Cleared transactions and the new one was the only one in that status.
