Updating PNC accounts

When I update my various PNC accounts (ckg, cc, mortgage) it says that they have been updated successfully but no transactions (and there have been at least a couple in each account) are posting from 7/24 on. Anyone else having that problem?

    Hi @cjhenry,

    Yes, other folks are having issues with PNC downloads.  Please see this thread for more information - LINK.

    I believe that you are connecting to PNC via Express Web Connect.  If so, I would strongly suggest that you switch download methods to Direct Connect, as it is much more reliable.

    Thanks Frankx - tried direct connect and still not working. I am having trouble connecting PNC in another case so pretty sure it's a problem on their end
