Missing Tags

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I use tags quite frequently and it seems that tags from roughly June 21 until July 22 have disappeared. Has anyone else had this experience? I do weekly backups, is there a way to link the tags with the transactions?

I expect that you've run into this "known problem":which has reportedly been corrected with a Mondo patch.However, the patch doesn't go back in time and restore the missing tags. That will require that you restore a known good backup and then work forward in time to bring your Quicken file up to date.SuperUser @Jim_Harman has written up a procedure for doing this here: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20287570#Comment_20287570Good luck.0
