Citi Bank Visa Not Updating Transactions

Howdy,
Just completed a One Step Update and after completion Quicken is telling me there were 3 accounts updated and 5 transactions downloaded from Citi Bank. The 5 transactions should be for my Costco Visa.
Unfortunately they are not showing up in the Costco Visa register in Quicken. The last transaction in Quicken is in late July 2022 and nothing since. I have confirmed on the Citi Website that there are transactions available, but I am not getting them after One Step Update.
The last transaction download in the Costco Visa account, in Quicken, shows as happening on 7/30/2022 and is using Express Connect.
Never had a problem with this, so if anyone has a suggestion on how to fix, any help would be appreciated.

The standard suggestion to fix this problem is to switch from the unreliable Express Web Connect to Direct Connect.

Thanks for your help.I looked into upgrading the connection via the Account Details/Online Services tab and didn't see that I had an option for Direct Connect.I understand the Deactivate/Re Activate routine and have always had issues come up when doing that.Dealing with Citi Bank has been troublesome for eons. I wish Costco would go back to Amex!Looking for an "easy' way out, I just Reset the Account and things seem to be back to normal.If it happens again, I will down some booze and give the Direct Connect deal a shot. My bank and a couple of other accounts do DC, so I am somewhat familiar with it.Thanks again for the help.BTW I am using Deluxe R42.21.Mark0

To each his own, but I have had a Costco credit card since 2016 setup for Direct Connect, and I have never had any problems with it.Signature:
