Budget got wiped out in latest revision of Quicken Windows

I went to open my budget and it was gone. latest version wiped it out.

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience experienced.
This issue is a bug that has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Though we do not currently have an ETA, once a solution is created it will be made available as part of a future release.In the meantime, we recommend that you restore a backup that was saved prior to this issue occurring and turn off mobile sync. Once you've restored the backup, please follow the instructions provided below.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences
- Mobile & Web
- Turn Sync OFF.
