Anyone else still having download issues with PNC?

I signed out of quicken as suggested. I have deleted and reinstalled the accounts. And nothing new is downloading. Transactions from 8/16 are not appearing. I paid for an entire year of service with Quicken and it has not worked properly since 8/3.

    PNC has had some pretty significant issues with their servers that has been affecting download connections not only with Quicken but also with many other 3rd party financial programs.  So, you are not alone on this although it does seem that most of the connection issues reported earlier this month might have been resolved earlier this week.
    Please provide some additional information so perhaps some assistance can be provided:
    • Which kinds of accounts are you trying to download.  (Please be specific.)
    • What is your connection method(s)?  (You can get this information from Account List or from the Account Registers directly beneath the Account Names.  Be sure to confirm the connection method for each PNC account you have set up in Quicken.)
    • Are you getting any Error Code(s) and/or Error Message(s) when you try to update your account(s)?  If so, what are they?
