Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Auto charged my American Express for annual subscription however I can't use quicken, it wants me to pay again. I am paid till 2023. Who do I contact, looked throughout the site and no phone, no support with a real person, no answers for billing and account discussion. PLEASE HELP

Do you have more than Quicken ID on file with Quicken Inc? If so, you really do need to call Quicken Support on the phone and cancel the unused subscription, requesting a refund
