Problem with "Security Value" accuracy for investment account

I have an investment account with no holdings. Despite that, it shows a "Security Value" of -$2,637,007.86. This shows in the "Account Overview" page as well as on the main accounts page. There have been many holdings in this account in the past, but they have all been either sold or transferred to a different account.
I do have "hidden transactions" visible.
I was going to attach a screen grab of the account overview page, but I don't see any way to do that.

The easiest way to attach image files is to grab them from Windows File Explorer and drag them into the "Leave a Comment" box on this webpage.
