Truist and troublesome bill pay (continued)
Continuing the thread:
Truist and troublesome bill payIt happened again today:
- Entered a banking pay payment transaction and attempted to "pay now"
- Encountered a connection error
- Transaction was left in "waiting state"
- Multiple connections did not change the state
- Double click the transaction
- Click Edit Details
- Click the Bill Pay tab
- Click Cancel
- An alert with three choices appeared
- Clicked ""Cancel and Void"
- The transaction changed to Sent
- Logged into the Truist app and found the transaction was entered
