Truist and troublesome bill pay (continued)

Continuing the thread: Truist and troublesome bill pay

It happened again today:
  1. Entered a banking pay payment transaction and attempted to "pay now"
  2. Encountered a connection error
  3. Transaction was left in "waiting state"
  4. Multiple connections did not change the state
  5. Double click the transaction
  6. Click Edit Details
  7. Click the Bill Pay tab
  8. Click Cancel
  9. An alert with three choices appeared
  10. Clicked ""Cancel and Void"
  11. The transaction changed to Sent
  12. Logged into the Truist app and found the transaction was entered
