Class action suit for unresolved software bugs

Hi all! Has anyone started a class action suit against Quicken for some of the long term bugs that they will not resolve? My most frustrating one is the random erasure of reconciled payroll deposits and recurring bills (ref my last issue below). I'm planning to file one myself, if not. Thanks!
