Anyone else still having Citi Credit Card downloads?

None of my 3 cards will download. Running R43-14 on Windows 11. Have reset with no success and totally started over and did set-up as new all 3 cards and still no download.

    Please provide more details.

    What edition level (Starter Edition, Deluxe, etc.), version and release of Quicken (R xx.xx)  are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release.  You must be on the latest release (patch) level for your supported Quicken Subscription version. If you're missing patches, update your software first.
    US, Canadian or other international version of Quicken?
    Is your subscription still active? Or is it expired?
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
    What error codes, error messages, symptoms do you get?
    What bank(s) are you having issues with? Are you using "Citi Cards" as the financial institution name or "Citibank" or something else?
    What account types (checking, savings, etc.) are you having issues with?
    Does this problem occur when you run One Step Update from your desktop/laptop or when you initiate a download using the Quicken Mobile App or Quicken on the Web?
    What have you tried so far to resolve the issue?

    US Version, Citi Cards, One step Update on Laptop, Credit Cards Only, Running R43-14 on Windows 11, Deluxe Version, No error codes, Tried Reset and total New setup, Will not connect to Citi Server, Started doing this about 3 weeks ago

    Citi Credit Cards only: authorization problems or CC-502

    You need to allow Quicken access to your Citi credit card account.
    Follow the procedure at https://citi.com/datamanagement
    This may not work for Citi Checking, Savings accounts

    CC-502 errors are Express Web Connect problems, whereas giving permissions at https://citi.com/datamanagement are for Direct Connect.

    I have a Costco Visa Citi card that is downloading just fine with Direct Connect.
    On the other hand I believe they have an outstanding problem with Citi and Express Web Connect that has been going on for quite some time.

    Note that Direct Connect is only available for credit cards.

    I suppose that not all Citi cards can be setup with Cit Cards/Direct Connect which might be the problem (but note you have take the steps to get Direct Connect and authorized it at Citi's website).

    Given that Citibank/Express Web Connect has been broken for a long time I can't really suggest anything on it other than contacting Quicken Support:
