Quicken 2016 Opens to Blank Screen

Recently changed computer from a Win 7 >>Win 10 update to New Win 10 machine. Had Quicken 206 Deluxe loaded on old machine, worked fine. Tried to load on Win 10 and got loop asking for ID/password - but gave error message and stopped. Found details and ran 19.5 Mondo update, fixed that issue. However, now Quicken opens to blank screen, showing my file name at top, and "Need Help? Visit www.quicken.co/support..." at bottom.
Any ideas how to fix this?
