Truist is not Downloading Pending Transactions

Truist is not downloading pending transactions from checking and savings.

The transactions are included in the online balance in Quicken.

This has been an issue for months.

    If the connection type is Direct Connect then only Truist can fix it (note that pending transactions shouldn’t be downloaded, it is the online balance that is wrong).  If it is Express Web Connect then it is more complicated because the problem can be with Quicken (the program), Intuit (Quicken Inc’s “aggregator”) or the financial institution.

    The only way to get this resolved in that case is to contact Quicken support and have them escalate the problem.

    I'm using Express Web Connect. I was hoping that this website was monitored by Quicken support.
