Online Balances are not updating

New transactions are coming in when I download them, but the Online Balance is not updating.

    What financial institution and what download method?  If the download method is EWC then it might be necessary to contact Official Quicken Support so they can tweak the script they run to gather up this information.

    Chase, Discover, Target, and Comenity. All put Chase are EWC. I will contact Official Quicken Support. Thank you!
