Chase Update: When I follow the directions, my account transactions update but...
I follow the directions as offered, but I am not redirected to Chase as indicated. Transactions update and nothing else changes. The pop-up notice returns every time I open the program. (It has been a week now!) Is there an alternative way to get this going, I am hoping the update with fix the problem I have with a shared account only recording activity from one cardholder.... I need this update!
