Is there some place I can go to learn the status of the Chase migration problems?

I tried to migrate last week and found when I finished the accounts were completely messed up. I received downloaded transactions for some that had all ready been cleared and the ending balances did not add up. I spent time on the phone with support and was told it's a problem with Chase and they were working on it. I tried again on Tuesday (9/6) and the problems persisted. I've reverted to backup copies of the data and the direct connect is still working for now.

@Frankx That you for the response. I've been to most of these and they don't really have any answers other than to acknowledge there are problems and they are working on it with not ETA for resolution. So I'm going to post another question to Quicken, "what happens if they haven't resolved these problems by the 26th?"

I am having the same issues with Chase one-step update not working - Quicken has added a new checking account number and won't recognize the existing account. This has been going on since 7/5 with the first try after the migration.

    Hi again @hydrick

You asked: "what happens if they haven't resolved these problems by the 26th?"  We don't know for sure, but I suspect that they will keep to the schedule.

If that is the case, it simply means that the Direct Connect method is no longer available for Chase accounts.  Those who haven't migrated to Express Web Connect+ ( or EWC+)  will be disconnected from downloading capability.  Those who want to re-connect their account(s) will then need to go through the connection process using EWC+.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I thought I should share the resolution of my conversion saga. The problem, you may recall, was when I converted the accounts showed a balance that were some times off by more than $1,000 (not all of them went to this extreme but all of them did has some problem). So this time I ran a transaction report for each account and exported it to Excel BEFORE I did the conversion and again afterward. By comparing these two reports I was able to locate, in every account, a single transaction that had been added during the conversion process. Once I deleted this one transaction the accounts returned to their proper balance. Transactions (at least for the credit card accounts) seem to be downloading so I will declare this portion of the transition over.
