Why do Chase and other bank downloads everything since June 2022 and creates new accounts?

Chase and my other accounts were working properly before the new Quicken updates.

    It happens because EWC+ is a different download method than Direct Connect and the FITID value for each method is created differently, so the downloaded transactions are not seen by Quicken as dups but as new transactions.  The FITID prevents this from happening if the same download method is consistently used.
