[Removed - Disruptive] Every few minutes they put you in a loop where they ask the same questions. and you get back to a waiting cycle. They post a 9 minute wait. It has been 25 minutes.....

    You might consider calling for phone support for a more responsive interactive experience. 

    As for posting here, I don't know if there's an issue the community might be able to help you with, but you didn't indicate what issue you were contacting Quicken Support about. If you just wanted to vent, well, I guess mission accomplished. ;)
