After authorizing Quicken for accounts on Chase site, it never completes on Quicken

So I'm trying to get my Chase accounts linked to Quicken using the new process. I went to the accounts list and clicked the activate downloads. When prompted I clicked sign-in. That opened up the Chase web site for doing the account authorization. When complete the Chase site said I'd be automatically redirected to Quicken, which didn't occur. On Quicken the circle kept spinning waiting for something to happen. It never did. What now?

Did it actually time out on you on the Quicken Window?
If not I would wait until it does to prove that Quicken really didn’t see the message from Chase that the authorization went through. It takes Quicken quite a long time to “process” the downloaded transactions. And the Chase web page isn’t going to close or give any other indication after it says it is “redirecting” you back to Quicken. You close the Chase web page manually.
If it does time out or never completes say after waiting 1/2 hour I would contact Quicken Support:

The Activate One Step Update always times out (about 5 minutes) waiting for authorization even though I've completed the authorization on Chase. There is no way to get to the next step.1

I think in that case it would be best to contact Quicken support.Signature:

Issue Resolved: I tried using a different account (instead of checking) in Quicken to set up the Chase authorization and it worked. Don't know why. If there is a reason I hope the Quicken folks let others know.0

After the "Chase" update, non of my Chase accounts download transactions or reconcile. It dows show the connection works and it appears no connection issues. All my other accounts work properly.0
