One Step update vs. Direct Connect

Hi- Chase has now moved from Direct Connect to One Step Update. One of the things I liked about Direct Connect was the ability to download one statement month at a time and reconcile. That is more difficult to do with One Step Update as it downloads all transactions yet to be downloaded- is there a way to control this with for example a date range to download? Thank you!

    I think you are thinking of Web Connect not Direct Connect.  Web Connect is downloading the QFX file and importing it.  When downloading a QFX file you can specify the date range.  In the other connection methods: Direct Connect, Express Web Connect and Express Web Connect + you can't specify the date range it just downloads all of the transactions that have yet to be downloaded.

    Web Connect is still available (at least for now they haven't said it is going away).  If that is what you like to do you shouldn't change your accounts over to Express Web Connect +, you should just continue using Web Connect.
