Current last date to install the Chase Download Updates?

Question

What is the current last date to install the Chase specific program revision downloads?

Given the horrific problems with the Schwab conversion and the continuing threads of reported open problems with the Chase conversion, my desire is to postpone this as far as possible.  Based on earlier messages received, this target end date seems to have slipped and may be slipping further (for good reasons).
