Lost credit card - so transactions double counting with new replacement card

Hi,
We had to get a new Chase Visa as we canceled one. The transactions are downloading to both the new Chase Visa and the old Chase Visa. How do I correct this double counting. The new one didn't start when it was new and the old one just continues to download!
