Adding financial assets (e.g., home, receivable) to "accounts" in Windows Quicken subscription.

I have Windows Quicken subscription. How do I add financial assets (e.g., home, receivable) to "accounts", or otherwise record them in Quicken as assets?

What edition of Quicken do you have? I believe Starter does not support asset accounts, you must have Deluxe or higher.
To add an asset account, go to Tools > Add account and select Other Assets & Liabilities
