Quick Pay Failures
vajsd
I've just switched over to using Quick Pay within Quicken (I was using my bank). I have just a few bills a month. But this first cycle has seen 2 out of 6 quick pays fail. The first was Dominion Energy VA. I had to resubmit to get it to eventually take. Now AT&T failed. I've resubmitted. Waiting to see if it goes through.
Is this level of problems with bill manager to be expected. If so, I think it would be wise to abandon it rather than trust quicken to handle getting the job done right. I would like to know what the community thinks.

I will state that I have never used it, but based on what I know on how it works, I would never trust it. I value my credit score too much for that.
To me you have already answered your own question. Does it really matter if it works for everyone else in the world, but not you?
I require the system that I pay my bills with to the 100%. Not 99.9999%, I want 100%.
I have had that for over 30 years with me setting my bills to be paid automatically from my biller's website.
I see no reason that I should/would accept anything less.

Thanks for the comment. I would like to hear from Quicken as to why my Quickpay for AT&T fails. Twice in two days it has failed. The message blames AT&T, but I doubt it is AT&T. I get the impression Quickens solution is unreliable. If that is so, since I am a premiere user, how about a rebate for a function that is unreliable and unusable.

You might want to contact Quicken Support for that kind of answer/help. They have to tools to look into the details of why something like this fails:
