Credit card reconciliation doesn't show payment made

For both Chase and Venture, when I reconcile using the bank balance, it doesn't take into account the last payment made. The bank and my ledger agree but the reconciliation shows the wrong Quicken balance, exactly the amount of the last payment--which has cleared on my register.

    Did this first happen just today?  If so, run OSU, again, tomorrow and then try to reconcile.  Sometimes the downloaded transactions and the downloaded online balance that gets downloaded are out of sync.  Waiting 12-24 hrs will often get them back into sync so the reconciliation can be completed.
