Delete hundreds of downloaded transactions

In order to fix OL-xxx - invalid account, I deactivated/activated connection to the bank. In the next connection, it downloaded 875 transactions. Hundreds are a match, yet hundreds would need manual match or manual delete. I haven't found a bulk delete - either in the transactions at the bottom of the account or in Online Center. I've tried shift + click and Ctrl + click and Ctrl+Shift+Click to select multiple lines. I would be comfortable to delete all at once. My life is not long enough to accept/match/delete these one at a time. Rolling back to last backup 9/8/22 would also be very painful. Help!!!

Are the transactions already in the register, or are they in the downloaded transactions tab at the bottom of the register?

    Hi @""Scott Davis" ,

Why haven't you made a Manual Backup, prior to working on your Data File, so you could always restore without problems?

You only gave your problem, not what you are running?

Hey Chris, still corralled in the transactions tab to review.
Provided this is in a non investment account you should be able to click on the first transaction and then hold down the shift key and click on the last transaction and then right click and Delete Transactions menu item should come up:

Note that this option isn't available for investment accounts.  For those you will have to accept them into the register and select gear icon and then Edit Multiple Transactions.  With window that comes up you can select multiple transactions and delete them.

I wasn't working on my data file. I was trying to restore connection to the bank so I could download transactions again. It started reporting "you downloaded transactions for an account you don't have in quicken". I have over 160 backups; the most recent 09/21. Of course I wish I had made a backup before this happened. You didn't help me with what I can do to reduce the time it will take to accept all of these duplicate entries and try to delete them.

Thank you. Unfortunately it is an investment account. No wonder shift-click didn't work.
