Chase and One-Step Updates

September 11 was the last time I successfully updated my Chase credit account. This transition to EWC, or whatever it's called, has been an epic fail. I get the message to use "the bank-hosted sign-in form in your browser window to authorize downloads" and click on "sign in." I then get to watch the little wheel spin. That's as far as I can get. I contacted Chase and they said "it's a Quicken problem." What gives?

Received an email that Vincent C answered my question with a link to “check it out.” Clicked on it but no answer provided, just a bunch of info tabs. Copied and pasted link and again, no answer. Not helpful.

So the problem is acknowledged but has not been fixed yet. Is that basically the current situation?

Note that some people have found that logging out and back in fixed their problem.
