How many times do you need to authorize Chase to use the EWC+ downloading method?

It dawned on me today that I might not have been receiving downloads for the last few days from Chase, though Quicken's OSUs reported everything was fine.  Signing into my Chase accounts online showed me that transactions had been processed by Chase but were not downloaded.  So I did a reset which brought up this:

so I went through the authorization process again, which resulted in this:

The Amazon credit card account was shown as linked to its proper Quicken Account, but I'm told "Don't add to Quicken" for my other account at Chase?
