quicken for mac ver 2005

I am trying to install Quicken for mac and get the error msg "this is not compatible with the version of mac os.

    Do you really mean 2005? The version from 17 years ago? What version of Mac operating system are you trying to install it on? I believe the last version of macOS which could run Quicken 2005 is Snow Leopard (Mac OS X 10.6). If you're trying to install it on any later operating system, it won't work.
