match downloaded and entered transactions with a manual confirmation panel

I used to use Quicken for Windows. There was a feature in which newly downloaded transactions were matched but you could confirm all downloaded transactions before they were entered into the register. Is this available in the Mac version and I just can't find it?

In a word: no.

There have been extensive discussions on this forum about whether the Quicken Windows methodology is actually better than Quicken Mac's status icons, which can be used as a visual indicator of transactions not yet reviewed.

There is an Idea thread here with many comments and nearly 400 votes for such a feature. You can add yours.
