Scheduled Payment are Still Not Downloading from Chase Bank

Even after the newest v version R.23, my scheduled payments are not downloading.

    Scheduled payments will not download with any connection method other than Direct Connect that is set up for Bank Bill Pay.  With the other connection methods (including Chase's current Express Web Connect+) scheduled payments will show up only after the payments have actually posted at Chase. 
    Since Chase no longer supports DC, it means that if you want them to show up in your account register earlier than that then you will need to manually enter them
    BTW, the newest version for Quicken is R44.20, not R23.  You should update to R44.20.  I suggest doing that by downloading and installing the the Mondo Patch from https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
