Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
won't link to bank I can get to the bank using the blue link but quicken won't connect.

CITbank.com or quicken calls it "CIT on line banking". It used to work but stopped a while ago. Quicken says it can't connect. Any thoughts, thanks

Although CIT seems to continue to have an online presence, the bank was acquired by First Citizens Bank back in January.

I expect that the issue here is that you need to now link any CIT Accounts to First Citizens Bank. CIT is not listed in Quicken's fidir file as allowing downloading, so that's why it won't connect.
