To start off will my bills are being paid on time with Bank Of America and Quicken Bill manager. That's good....
What I have noticed is the register still says processing after 3 days for quick pay and I have received emails from the biller that the payment was received. shouldn't that go to paid after 3 days.
Also after the update Bank Of America said I had some payments to reconcile but nothing was displayed to reconcile. An hr later I updated Bank Of America and I had bills to reconcile.

You might want to read the following thread: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/comment/20297653#Comment_20297653.That thread is about Chase and EWC+ but I believe it also applies to BofA and EWC+. If my assumption is correct then that is probably the reason why the status of your Quick Pay transactions are not getting updated from "pending."I don't use Quicken's Quick Pay service so I do not know if you can do this but can you manually edit the transactions to change the status to Cleared?

You can't reconcile items in the check register while in processing state. Over the weekend Quicken now redirects you to the BOA web site so you can't even download transactions. I am afraid this great software has met it's end.0

You will not have the Bank Bill Pay and Quicken QuickPay features but you will be able to download online balance and completed transactions. If you do not reauthorize you will need to do everything manually in your BOA register.NOTE:
- Before you start the reauthorization process, write down the Opening Balance transaction dollar amount that is shown in the BOA account register in Quicken. Some people have said the reauthorization process causes the Opening Balance transaction to be changed. If this happens, you can then correct it show the amount you wrote down.
- Another issue some have reported after reauthorizing is that the process will enter some duplicate transactions into the register going back as far as 2-3 months. If this happens to you, the duplicate transactions will need to be manually deleted.
