Pending Transactions - orphans can’t match or delete

I’m starting to see a couple of Pending Transactions that for some reason after several days are just sitting there as orphans.  They didn’t match the downloaded and cleared transaction, or they are doubled up… and can’t be deleted - so they just sit there.
