anyone been able to begin a chat session with Quicken?

I have tried repeatedly to get into Quicken chat, with no luck. Directions say to enter i.d. info, but I never get an option to sign in. Any ideas?

Do you have any popup blockers enabled?   If  you have any popup blockers enabled temporarily turn them off or whitelist Quicken.com.  Chat requires popups to be allowed.

(Note:  There can be several popup blockers enabled, depending on which browser add-ons/extensions you might have installed.  So, if turning of the main browser popup blocker still does not work take a look at your installed browser add-ons/extensions.)
