Courtesy extension of my subscription while I'm waiting for a resolution of known issue?

While many of us await a solution for Citibank 502 and 592 issues that have been unsolved since May, how do we seek extensions of our subscriptions for this period of unusability?

The only way you could get that is by contacting Quicken Support or some other entity in the Quicken organization.  There is no way to get it via this forum, most of us are just users and the mods only moderate.
