Send report directly to printer

How can I send a report directly to a printer without saving. No option for printer on drop downs.

    I'm not sure what you mean by "without saving." Normally when a report is open you can click on the printer icon at the top of the report or hit Alt-P to print the report.

    You can print registers or the Portfolio views by hitting Ctrl-P or selecting file > Print <account name> or Print Portfolio.

    You can control whether customizing a report modifies the existing report with the settings at Edit > Preferences > Reports and Graphs.
