Chase Home Equity loan shows as paid off after update

Following the Chase update my Home Equity loan shows as Paid Off and doesn't allow me to do anything with it. I can disable the Web Connect as it tells me there are outstanding transactions but I can't see them to clear them. This account is basically locked in Quicken.

Please go into Edit Account Details for the HELOC account. Is the Account Type set to "Loan" or "Credit Card" or "HELOC" or "LOC"?
If it's Loan you will need to create a new offline account, type Credit Card. Once created see if you can activate it for downloading and LINK the bank's HELOC to your new register.
I'm guessing that there's a bug in the process of reauthorizing Chase accounts ... a user may not change the account type of an existing account register.

changing account type only shifts it from "property &debt" to "banking" with no change in the "paid off" status.I tried changing it while disconnected then redoing the Chase link and it still shows "paid off"

Changing "Account Intent" is not what I was talking about in my earlier response. I was referring to the Account Type. (see image)
The Account Type of an existing account cannot be changed by a user after account creation.
