I am unable to add accounts in Quicken with Wellsfargo

Hi Guys,
I have an account with wellsfargo and had connected successfully. However there are some accounts which I am unable to add. When I connect to wellsfargo, it comes and says dont add to quicken for weird reason. These accounts are just checking accounts. I do have a mortgage account with one of my rental properties as well and it gives me the same message. I use home, rental property and business edition.

Without seeing the actual error message, it is hard to advise. Please add a response with a screenshot of the error message. Windows has the Snipping Tool (included in Windows) that can make the screenshot.
