Quit syncing in late May .... multiple attempts including fixes recommended on these forums (delete, reset, etc) all to no avail ... repeatedly get either CC-502 connection error; or CC-592 .... called Citi / tried to contact Quicken....
Very disheartening .... long term user though seriously considering abandoning the product.
Also irritating ... emoji attached to this message will not change to a frown.... I guess in Quicken world everyone smiles?

We do currently have two active alerts regarding users receiving a CC-502 or a CC-592 error when attempting to update their CitiBank accounts. You may follow these links

to access those alerts where you may bookmark them in order to remain up to date on any new information, ETAs, or resolutions that may occur.

You might see if Direct Connect is available for your Citi credit card. It is for my Costco Visa Citi credit card. Note you have to authorize it at the Citi Cards website:

Thanks for the suggestion ... I tried multiple ways to see if there were opportunities to change / re-set up the connection to direct connect == that option never was available for me. Quite frustrating --- as is the persistent "we are working on it" msg from Quicken referenced to in the "alerts"... evidently these have been up since May (roughly the same time that I lost ability to update online)....

are you sure you are using "Citi Cards" as the financial institution instead of "Citibank"? Citibank is Express Web Connect only.
