I need help transitioning from a 2013 Quicken programme to a new subscription

I have been using Quicken installed on my computer for 10 years and I love it. Best programme I have ever used. I have purchased a new computer and have just purchased Quicken Delux. It seems I have ended up with a cloud based programme but I want it on my computer so I can use it when not connected to the internet. My new account is [Removed - Email] The old programme I have is serial number [Removed - Privacy] and Registration number [Removed - Privacy]. Can you assist me to install the programme on my computer. Also can you assist to move my 10 years of data to the new programme rather than having to start again. QW2013 will run on your new computer.  If you aren't planning to take advantage of downloading transactions from your financial institutions, why change?
