Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
Failure to complete download process

I have three different Quicken files. Two download fine. The third is different. When I do one step update the progress window only shows the action circles; they never change to show the progress of the down load as I have seen with Quicken for many years.
There are four accounts to download. Sometimes it completes and sometimes not. When it does complete the little blue circles to the left of the account name do not always appear for accounts that have successfully downloaded.
Any ideas why this file is acting differently?
I am running an up to date version and am on Windows 10

It could be some type of data corruption in that one file. You might want to try the Copy and Validate process to see if that clears it up:
