NewRez Mortgage

Despite correct credentials, my online session rejects with invalid credentials for NewRez Mortgage. Any suggestions on how to resolve? I have validated the creds on the website directly.

I don't see "NewRez Mortgage" among the list of financial institutions that allow for downloads into Quicken in Quicken's fidir file.  Are you sure that NewRez Mortgage is able to download information into Quicken?
In any case the ability to download mortgage loan payments into Quicken provides very little utility, in my opinion, and because the downloading method seems to be Express Web Connect, the information is not infrequently incorrect.  (A common complaint from people with downloading loans is that the Account is reported as "paid off", when that in fact is not the case.)
The only information that is downloaded is the principal element of your mortgage payment, there's no information regarding interest or any escrow amounts, as I understand it.  And, with a downloading loan you have no access to the loan register itself, i.e., no way to correct a loan balance if improper information is entered.
I'd suggest simply setting up the loan as a manual loan, using Quicken's loan "wizard", and handling the loan in that fashion.

This is on the Bill Manager functionality. NewRez is listed, and this used to work, for notifications and reminders, etc.
