There is a reddit forum but I don't think it sees anywhere near as much activity as this place. And here there are separate forums for Mac and Windows so you have a better chance of getting an answer relevant to the particular version of Quicken you're using.

And, although it's not a forum, there's Quicken Support, which is a free service available to all Quicken subscribers seeking help with Quicken problems.
