I need to keep the books for an LLC, which is treated as a partnership tax return. What version of Quicken should I use?

Windows or Mac?  For windows probably the Home & Business version.  Or you might need to look into QuickBooks, not Quicken.  Quicken is more for personal finance.

I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Quicken really doesn't play well with partnerships because you have no access to separate partnership capital accounts, which are needed for tax purposes.  You can sorta, kinda fake this by using separate Liability Accounts in their place and if this is a husband and wife type of partnership you might get it to work, at the expense of extra work on your part when it comes to preparing income tax returns.  For anything more complicated then that I'd try a different accounting program.
