I forgot my "Vault" password

Is the Vault password (used when updating) the same as my Quicken password? I seem to have forgotten it. How can I recover or renew it?

    You can't recover a Password Vault password.  All you can do is delete the Password Vault and then reenter the passwords as needed.
    Tools -> Password Vault -> Delete Vault and all Saved Passwords...
