What date does it display? A recent date, always the same, regardless of your Mac clock settings?
Did you recently make changes to the Mac OS Date settings, e.g., similar to what's been discussed here?

What investment screen are you referring to? The Portfolio screen or Dashboard screen "Data as of" date? Or are you manually entering new investment transactions?
(As an aside, one of the most useful keyboard shortcuts in Quicken Mac is putting the letter 't' — for "today" — in any date field in the program to jump to today's date.)
