Using Quicken has become a nightmare for me, after 15 years. Please tell me how to close my Acct

I'm 84 yrs old--somewhat technically challenged. I'm done with this program, and want to close my account. Quicken Chat and Telephone Support are a joke. I may die from old age trying t get thru to them.

You need to contact Quicken Support via Chat or Phone to close your account. If the Chat or Phone buttons are not working, make sure to turn off your pop-up blockers or white list Quicken.com.
