Quicken Credit Score

My Quicken credit card usage amount seems to now include my mortgage in the Credit Card Usage section. This takes my % of credit limit usage through the roof and would appear to be negatively impacting the overall credit score.

Why is Quicken Credit Card Usage Score now including my mortgage? Does this section titled "Credit Card" Usage now include mortgages and loans? If so, it's very misleading as the section is titled Credit Card Usage and not Overall Debt Percentage.

Any ideas? Anyone else see this? THANKS!

Quicken says this issue is resolved as of Aug 3 and you should contact Equifax with any issues. How recently have you updated your credit score in Quicken? Is it possible that the last time you updated was before the issue was resolved?

my credit score updated after this magical Aug 3 date and the error was not corrected and the score as reported in Quicken for my file still combines my mortgages with CC debt, so the score as reported in Quicken is incorrect.  I go to all my other CC & FI websites and non of  them are reporting combined mortgage & CC debt, so I have a fairly good idea of my true FICO score.  My thought is if Quicken can't fix this error in their program, they should remove this feature.
