BofA Download - missing my daily Starbucks charges

Still having an issue with downloads from BofA. I've narrowed it to purchases at Starbucks. I purchase a coffee each morning and it gets entered into the register at some point that day. When I download transactions the register is consistently off at reconcile. I save receipts so it's easy to ID the problem transactions. reviewing my BofA account I see transactions that are cleared but not picked up by Quicken. That is the only business that has this issue. I manually clear the missed transactions and everything balances. Gets to be a hassle, help me. THanks

Usually, when I download credit card transactions, it takes one or two business days for a charge to appear in the download. Are you taking the same delay into consideration?
Is your purchase always the same price? And are you automatically accepting downloaded transactions into your register? There is a chance that an auto-accepted transaction may get mis-matched to an existing transaction or may be considered as a duplicate download and get dropped.

If it is a mismatch, and the person is using auto-accepted transaction mode, they should look for the status "New Match".

But my guess would be that there is something else going on, this isn't the first-time people have mentioned missing transactions since the changeover of Chase and Bank of America.

The Starbuck's charges are the only ones having any issues. I attribute it to a glitch in the updated connection; lost a bunch of utility.

This only happens with Starbucks. I don't use the auto accept and have now gotten in the habit of reviewing the register at the bank before reconciling. It's consistent and only these transactions are affected which makes me think the glitch is from the changeover. How does that get addressed?

    HI @JohnGW9

Are these charges made with a credit card or a debit card? Are you having any other downloading issues with that financial institution?

You say that you don't "auto accept" but there are two different settings where you can turn on "auto accept".  One is in the "global" settings (go to "Edit" > "Preferences" > "Downloaded transactions" > "After downloading transactions" (nothing should be checked in that section) -  and the other is in the "Account Details" > "Online Services"  > the "Online Setup" box of each downloaded account (where it should read "Automatic entry is: Off").  Check those and get back to me.
